This Privacy Policy explains how Leverspace, Inc. (“Leverspace,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Energy Insights (the “Service”).

1) Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information (depending on how you use the Service):
- Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
- Account information (login credentials and related account details)
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages/events, timestamps)
- Communications (support requests, emails, feedback)
- Customer Content you submit (files, prompts, text, and other inputs)
- Marketing preferences (opt-in/opt-out status)
Sources: directly from you; automatically from your device/browser; from service providers and integrations you connect (as applicable).
2) How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and operate the Service (authentication, features, support)
- secure the Service and prevent fraud/abuse
- improve performance and develop new features (debugging, analytics)
- communicate with you about the Service (operational and administrative messages)
- send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out)
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3) How we share information
We may share information:

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the CPRA sense.
4) AI and model training
Customer Content is processed to provide the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train generalized models offered broadly to other customers. (We may use aggregated, de-identified operational data to improve reliability.)
5) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
6) Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, or restrict/object to certain processing of your personal information. You can submit requests to info@leverspace.ai.
You may also opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in those messages.
7) Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.
9) Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it. (Contact: info@leverspace.ai.)
10) International users
If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we may use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with an updated effective date.
